Objective:
To be the daily contact of local clients in Workplace/Change Management projects. The position will be in charge of the implementation and daily tasks of a Workplace analysis/Change Management Process related to Workplace Strategy.
Key Responsabilities
· Be able to get a deep understanding of the personal, organizational, technical, customer, and supplier dynamics of the client in order to help to apply change.· Understand current vs desired state in order to make a gap analysis and design the tools needed to implement change. Adapt the tools according to local culture.
· Conduct space observation studies, coordinate data collection, conduct study and analysis of possible scenarios; understand the customer’s need and objectives and propose varied solutions to the problems identified in these studies;
· Develop cost-benefit analyses of real estate strategies (enlargement, reduction, consolidation, etc.) for the evaluation of different scenarios Change Management: accompany employees of corporations during the process of change that results from the realization of a project;
· Communicate effectively about changes in work standards and collaborate in the implementation of these space standards;
· Conduct meetings with the client to understand their needs and resistance levels to develop and implement behavioral/cultural change strategies
· Manage potential local resources when needed Relate to JLL’s other service lines locally and internationally responding to RFPs in relation to Workplace and Change Management services;
· Collaborate with the promotion of IPS services and the search for new customers
· Develop presentations to promote IPS services in Latin America
· Customize corporate processes according to the needs (culture, language and customs) of each country.
Requirements:
· Master’s degree in architecture
· Change Management certification (desired)
· A background in behavioral and cognitive sciences, psychology or sociology (not exclusive)
· Advanced computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
· English/ Spanish desired
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Establish a positive working relationship with the Project Team and Client.Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders (external and internal) The capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic environment, both physical and virtual · A team player with strong attention to detail
