Marketing position with responsibilities of supporting the design and implementation of the local marketing plan for a specific surgical specialties (Bariatric & Metabolic), related to the Endocutters and Energy devices product line. This role will work closely with local sales force, product management, Professional Education, Health Economics, Medical Affairs & Communication to support the design and implementation (roll-out) of key marketing plan activities. This is an entry level experience in the Marketing function for Medical Devices area and reports to Product Manager.
 
Key Responsabilities
Collaborate  to Design strategic and tactical plans with each region inside Brazil with the sales team and support areas focused on defending key customers, gaining share and/or market development initiatives accordingly, to drive business growth.Collaborate in the design and execution of value added projects.·       Analyze market intelligence reports and provide decision making information to commercial team. Capture market insights through customer interactions.
Help to Support local budget allocation and execution of marketing plan on target regions.Supports the planning and execution of commercial events, such as brand awareness events, congresses, proactive customer events.Coordinate potential new product launches with Product Management.  Make recommendations for product portfolio management including positioning, targeting pricing and life cycle management to local management. Work closely with Product Management and Sales Team to improve premium product penetration on this specific surgical specialty.·       Lead the development of marketing & promotion related material. Control of promotional material, translations and assignment of it to each account and different events throughout the year. Manages the lifecycle of promotional materials including annual revision according to HCBI and regulatory regulation
Coordinate annual calendar of activities, events of the business unit. Planning and organizing of congresses, meetings, etc. to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to display/demo, producing delegate inserts, organizing product technology symposiums, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
·       BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or other Human & Social sciences. Engineering and Health Related fields are also considered.
·       Fluency in English is mandatory
·       Available to travel at least 30% of the time
·       Demonstrated success of collaboration and interface with internal and external stakeholders and substantial customer interface
·       This position is based in the city of São Paulo.
 
Desired Qualifications
Prior sales experience is considered a plus. ·       Understanding of Microsoft Excel data analytics tools
 
·       Demonstrated clinical and anatomical knowledge of surgical procedures is preferred.
Individuals considered for this type do not necessarily need to have had prior Marketing experience. Marketing Specific Competencies:
·       Consumer Insights & Analytics: ability to identify customer insights and market trends, including relationships with customers and influencers that enhance delivery of marketing strategy and business results;
·       Marketing Planning & Execution: ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to effectively achieve business goals.
·       Marketing Communication: ability to frame a story and align internal and external stakeholders according to the business and market needs.
·       Launch Excellence: ability to commercialize a product that achieves peak sales in a timely manner and delivers sustained business growth.
