Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Create digital go-to-market strategies, including digital content, paid social campaigns, web technology, digital UX and creative, SEO.
Provide analytics / insights-driven development of EY digital presence to best meet clients / prospects’ needs.
Deliver EY.com and paid social plataforms’ prospects/clients web experience.
Provide governance of all aspects of digital marketing (domains, social media policy, branding) to reduce risk to brand and reputation.
Develops and drives consistent implementation of MKT technology strategy – partner with Global team.
Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels, including e-mail, social media, paid search and online media.
Create and manage a social media strategy with the goal of being the most engaging professional services firm online, working with TL+ MR team to amplify content that provides best in class TL value to our stakeholders.
Develop and execute activation plan for key leaders social media profile.

 
Requirements:

English language skills – excellent written and verbal communication.
Planning, time management and organizational skills.
A strong working knowledge of a professional services organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
