The candidate will help drive effective utilization of D&A capabilities to empower all Medical Device businesses in all clusters in the selected candidate will implement data lake, data warehousing solution and data analytics visualization capabilities including enablement of mobile analytics to empower our business users to quickly identify insights and drive business performance. The IT Manager will collaborate with IT peers, Business Product Owners and Global Technology Services to apply Enterprise technology and development capabilities to deliver solutions that rapidly meet business skills are needed to build data management capabilities in the realm of Big Data, Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Virtualization, Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing and Advanced duties and responsibilities:Successfully deliver to LATAM customers managing their expectations, making quick decisions and delivering solutions at the forefront of technology within the ever-changing data & analytics technology leadership in the area of data management, advanced analytics, visualization to shape and design solutions and deliver effective user-centric and intuitive analytics and dashboards. Drive self-service analytics models and solution implementation experience using AWS cloud stack components (S3, RDS, Redshift, EMR, Lambda), NoSQL, Python, Postgree, AWS Glue, Talend, Tableau and Qlik toolset or with Business Product Owners and Data Leads to define the IT needs and corresponding backlog stories. Works with shared Technology Services teams to deliver solutions utilizing an Agile delivery development estimates and articulates different levels of effort required to address the changing priorities and requirements in a high paced progress of the product development and reports to the IT and business partners on delivery status of the data management capabilities, functionality and enterprise architecture standard methodologies to accelerate our ability to meet current business needs, to scale and to adapt to dynamic business out complex business processes to serve as reference for development of data and analytics? solutions and advocates for business process simplification where appropriate to deliver robust and cost-effective information security, compliance requirements are met, coordinates corresponding SDLC and agile documentation activities takes place, and participates in compliance review activities as requiredEnsures successful business product owner engagement and completion of user acceptance testingPartners with Technology Services to lead solution development per project plans and service level targets by operations are Bachelors? Degree or equivalent is required. MBA or MS is preferred.A focused degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology (top preference), Mathematics, Statistics or a Business-related field is preferred.A minimum of 7 years of IT/Business Management expertise and data modeling analysis skills with hands-on expertiseFamiliarity implementing advanced analytics using machine learning & artificial IntelligenceExperience in the Healthcare industry with strong commercial business acumen with Commercial Operations business processes ability to work with business partners to translate business needs into relevant data and analytics eye for business, organizational and advanced communication on AWS Cloud stack or Applied experience with Amazon Web Services Redshift, RDs is project delivery experience is Qlik/Tableau tools experience is working with shared development teams and vendor engagement is experience enabling analytics/visualization solutions in direct support of business functions is business analysis and requirements gathering skills are verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish are possess the ability to work independently and be self-accountable for flawless execution LocationBrazil-São Paulo-São Paulo-OrganizationJ&J do Brasil Indústria e Comércio de Produtos para Saúde Ltda.
